The Lightline House is available year-round for rental, please contact us with your desired dates and we can confirm availability.

The Lightline House sleeps 10-guests over 3,000 square feet across the following rooms:

• Primary Suite - King size bed, ensuite bathroom with extra large shower

• Bedroom 2 - Bunk beds (2 Twin), twin single and twin trundle (sleeps 4 total), desk

• Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed, desk

• Privacy Suite - Queen bed, full bath, living room w/ TV, mini-kitchen

• Additional Rooms:

  • Main floor lounge

  • Dining Area

  • Club seats

  • Primary lounge

  • Back deck (seating and dining)

  • Outdoor dining table and umbrella

  • 1 full and 1 half bath on the main floor (3 ½ baths total across the house)

The house comes with:

• Well-appointed kitchen including dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc.

• Six beach passes (only required during summer)

• High-speed wifi throughout the house

• YouTube TV Included (feel free to log in to your own streaming services)

• Six beach chairs, two umbrellas, and other beach items

• Pillows and blankets for all beds - NOTE: Linens and towels are not included in the rental, but are available to rent via Coastal Linen Supply

• Weber Grill

• Central Air and Heat

Bikes are not included in your rental, but you can arrange your own bike rental from Bay Head Bikes, just a short walk away.

The house is a seven-minute walk to the Bridge Avenue beach entrance or 2 minutes by bike.
